Mischa Ramseyer
Founder
Mischa Ramseyer has worked in software and systems engineering since the mid-90s. His career started with domain software for Swiss tax authorities, close to users, operations, and responsibility. Over time his focus shifted to architecture, delivery, and eventually to organizations themselves.
For more than twenty years he advised organizations on software architecture, delivery, and development processes. Over the past ten years his focus was large-scale team and organizational development in technology and product contexts: transformations involving several thousand people, from C-level to team level, including at SBB CFF FFS, SRF, UBS, SIX, Swiss Life, PAYONE, Adcubum AG, Zur Rose, Adecco, and u-blox. In parallel he built the consultancy pragmatic solutions, ran it successfully for two decades, and sold it.
Today, at beacon., he is building himself again: production software and the AI-native platform it's built on. Not out of nostalgia, but out of conviction. AI-native software engineering only realizes its potential where code, responsibility, and organization meet.

Speaking
AI eats Agile for Breakfast
The pace of AI-native software engineering is so high that even agile becomes too rigid – an honest talk about limits, costs, and the real bottleneck.
AI-native Mob Programming Workshop
Live development on a real project: how a requirement flows through the whole loop – from spec to production.
From 2008 to 2018, Mischa was one of the leading voices in the swissICT "Lean, Agile & Scrum" community, and stayed connected to the Swiss agile scene through further talks beyond that core period. Since 2026, he has something new to say. He's happy to share his experience with AI-native software engineering with anyone interested.
